About This
- Standard Size/Shape: Applicable to standard door strike openings on the door frame. Standard size and shape for no need to cut the jamb for matching. Direct replacement for any latch strike with screw holes spaced 1-5/8”. Ideal for door knob/lever handle hardware.
- Shim/Sub-plates Included: Comes with stainless steel shim plate for clearance adjustment. Install with the shim to fix the problem that door won’t latch cause by seasonal ground movement or door shrinking. Install with the shim to secure the aged/over-worked strike opening. Comes with 2 pcs for each strike plate. Please install as needed.
- Wood Dowels Included: Comes with three dowels for filling the old screw holes (if needed). Fix the problem that the screw hole is oversized and the screw won’t tighten. Solution to fill the old screw hole and drill new pilot hole. You can fill the screw hole directly or apply glue to the wood dowels to secure them.
- Dust Box and Screws: Comes with plastic dust box. Long screws and short screws available.
- Constructed of durable stainless steel in gold(polish brass) finish.
